About the Recipe

Guacamole is an absolute staple in our house! Healthy, great with everything, and since we make ours without tomatoes, it’s also Hoxsey Compliant!

This is also a great option for a party dish that is compliant. I often take it to other people’s houses or make it for my own events. It pleases everybody!

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Avocados

  • Half of 1 large onion (white, yellow, or purple), diced

  • Cilantro, chopped

  • Juice from 1/2 of a lime

  • 1/2 of a jalapeño, diced (seeds and ribs removed)

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Garlic Powder

Preparation

Step 1


Mix the onion, cilantro, jalapeño, avocado, and lime juice in a medium-sized bowl. (If you like your guacamole chunkier, mix the other ingredients first, and then add avocado, mixing to desired consistency.)


Step 2


Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
